Demi Lovato 'Let It Go' music video released, Disney 'Frozen' soundtrack song gets icy, epic official visual before Thanksgiving release date [WATCH]
As the weather continues to get chillier, Demi Lovato has "Let It Go." The "Neon Lights" songstress has released a new music video for her Frozen soundtrack single "Let It Go."
The video is relatively simple in concept, Lovato walks around an empty, aging castle singing her heart out as footage from the upcoming Disney movie Frozen is cut in between. This works for the empowering anthem, as the main character Anna (Kristen Bell) discovers her wintery powers, Lovato crescendos into the song's bombastic chorus.
Other wintery elements are incorporated into Lovato's portion of the video, most notably a snowglobe which helps transition into scenes featuring the jokester Frozen character, the snowman Olaf (played by Josh Gad).

"Let It Go," which debuted on Oct. 22 following a Twitter campaign, is the lead soundtrack song from Frozen, an upcoming Disney animated film based on the fairytale The Snow Queen. The song is available for download now on iTunes, whereas the movie will be released in theatres on Nov. 27, just in time for Thanksgiving and other holidays.
The rest of the Frozen soundtrack will be released on Nov. 25. Lovato is the only non-cast member to appear on the album. Other songs include cast recordings from the musical.
