On Halloween, Bangerz songstress Miley Cyrus dress-up as Lil Kim (a la 1999's MTV Video Music Awards):

Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj also flaunted her cleavage in a sexy stripper-inspired getup. Wait, is this even a Halloween costume, or is it Minaj just being Minaj?
nickiminaj: "Officer Minaj. Who wants to get cuffed?"
Well, both starlets apparently implemented the "naughty" costume look this Halloween. But the big question remains... who did the pasties fashion better? Cyrus or Minaj?
