Britney Spears' second Britney Jean single "Perfume" is right around the corner. The "Work B----" singer initially announced the highly anticipated ballad would be released on Nov. 5 in late October, alongside an open letter to fans and the Britney Jean album cover. With the new song right around the corner, Spears has released the single cover and full lyrics for the highly personal track.

Published on her official Facebook page, the "Perfume" single artwork (seen above) features a close up of the pop princess' face. Wearing simple makeup and a pretty, open look on her face, Spears takes up the entire frame, showcasing her vulnerabity. Meanwhile, the song title is written in harsh pink capital font.

In addition to the stunning artwork, MetroLyrics.com has revealed the full lyrics to "Perfume." In an interview with E! Online, Spears spoke about the personal nature of the track, which addresses her break up with former fiancé Jason Trawick. "'Perfume' is incredibly special to me because it hits close to home, and I think the story is relatable to everyone. Everyone's been through an insecure moment in a relationship that's left them vulnerable and I think this song captures that," she told the entertainment news site.

Those insecurities are all over "Perfume," wherein Spears questions whether or not she's the only woman in her beau's life. "I want to believe / It's just you and me / But sometimes it feels like there's three of us in here baby," she sings in the songs pre-chorus.
