'Rock of Ages' Makeup Scared Tom Cruise Daughter Suri [PHOTO]

Tom Cruise said his daughter Suri was shocked when she saw him dressed as rocker Stacee Jaxx for the film "Rock of Ages," which comes out this week.

To portray Jaxx, Cruise had to wear tight leather pants, eyeliner and black nail polish which surprised his 6-year-old daughter.

"When I had the eyeliner on, and the painted nails. She [Suri] was a little taken aback by that. She was like, 'What is happening to my daddy?" Cruise told Ryan Seacrest on Monday on his radio show.

" She goes to Kate's set and there's the hair and the makeup and it's a very nice set. Then Suri comes to my sets and she's got to wear a hard helmet and there's explosions going off and Dad's all bloody and bruised!" the actor continued referring to wife Katie Holmes.

"Rock of Ages" hits theaters June 15. The film is based on the popular Broadway musical and stars Catherine Zeta-Jones, Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Mary J. Blige, Russell Brand, Alec Baldwin, and Malin Akerman.

The movie is about a small town girl and a city boy who meet on the Sunset Strip while pursuing their Hollywood Dreams.

E! Online reported today that Dancing with the Stars pro Derek Hough made a cameo appearance on the movie.

The site reports that Hough, brother of Julianne, appears in a scene where his sister is pole dancing.
