Chris Brown countersues Frank Ocean's Cousin in parking lot brawl case

You remember that brawl involving Frank Ocean and Chris Brown earlier this year? Like most of the negative parts of Breezy's life, it keeps rearing it's ugly head. Ocean's cousin pressed charges against the "Fine China" singer earlier this year and (because Brown doesn't seem to understand the idea of public perception) Brown is countersuing, claiming that he was kicked and punched by the suit's filer.

Brown claims that Sha'Keir Duarte started the fight by threatening to kill him. 

Brown, who is currently undergoing rehabilitation for his anger management issues, refers to Duarte as "agressive and hostile" in the suit and claims that he attempted to avoid the scuffle.
