Justin Bieber's next #MusicMonday will be collaboration with R. Kelly
In an attempt to become the R&B answer to 2 Chainz, R. Kelly will soon feature alongside Justin Bieber on a track. The Black Panties crooner has hinted before that he worked with the Biebz and now Justin is releasing the collab as part of his ongoing #MusicMondays series.
"I just did a song [with him]," R. Kelly told Vibe after his Black Panties listening party. "[Justin] just called me to do a song and it's hot. He wanted to go and do some R&B stuff so we got together and did that."
Not long after Bieber sent out a tweet that simply said "next week" with a link to the article where R. Kelly confirmed the song.

Because it's le Biebz, those two words have been retweeted over 36,000 times. Ah, 2013.
The Bieber track is the latest in a long line of interesting collaborations for the Pied Piper. 2013 has seen Robert singing alongside 2 Chainz, french rockers Phoenix, Bruno Mars, Rocko and Lady Gaga.
Kelly has also been working on new chapters of his long-running Trapped In The Closet opera and revealed earlier this year that he has a country album in mind.
"I've really been writing a lot of country songs," R Kelly told VIBE. "I used to get criticized for doing a 'Bump & Grind' then turning around and doing a gospel song. But the truth is I'm glad I have a gift that allows me to switch lanes."
