Watch the first 30 minutes of gameplay footage for 'Dead Rising 3' for Xbox One, packed w/ spoilers and zombie action

Capcom and Microsoft's highly anticipated offering for Xbox One players, Dead Rising 3, doesn't hit stores until the end of this week but a brand new teasers has been released for your viewing pleasure. "Teaser" might not be the right word for this footage, considering the video shows the first 30 minutes of gameplay and is full of spoilers. It definitely serves as a great way to excite gamers about the new video game, though!

In this video, viewers can watch as the opening scenes of the game play out. We see just what kind of environment we're dealing with and also the kind of enemy. These zombies are coming after you and you have to find and construct the right weapons in order to survive.

Previous forage has been released in trailers, gameplay videos and even a "choose your own adventure" narrative preview, but this new video shows us much more than what we've learned about Dead Rising 3.

Here is a synopsis of this exciting new video game:

Dead Rising 3 takes place ten years after the events of Fortune City in Dead Rising 2. The story follows a young mechanic named Nick Ramos and his attempt to survive a massive zombie outbreak in the fictional city of Los Perdidos, California. Ramos must team up with other survivors and find a way to escape Los Perdidos before an impending military strike wipes out the city and its inhabitants.
