Drake is going to be arrested for throwing a bottle at Chris Brown at an infamous fight at a nightclub in New York City on Thursday.

The 25-year-old rapper is expected to be charged with reckless endangerment, sources told the New York Post.

"If Drake doesn't agree to surrender by early next week, cops may arrest him during tonight's concert at Jones Beach," sources told the Post.

The arrest is the result of witnesses accounts to police. The witnesses didn't believe Drake hit anyone with the bottle, the paper reports.

Drake's arrest comes after Brown claimed he, his girlfriend Karrueche Tran and his friends were attakced by Drake and his entourage.

"Chris, Karrueche (Brown's girlfriend) and his friends were victims of a brutal attack last night at WIP. They sustained several injuries. Chris and his party are cooperating with NY authorities who are pursuing this incident further," Brown's spokesman, Jeff Raymond, said in a statement

Drake's spokesman denied the accusations on Friday.

"]Drake] did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. He did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property," his spokesman Allison Elbl Strieleg said in a statement.

The fight erupted in the early hours of Thursday at Soho's W.i.P nightclub where the two musicians were partying with their respective friends.

There were several people injured and at least five, including Brown, Karrueche, Brown's bodyguard, NBA player Tony Parker and an Australian tourist.

Accounts differ as to how the fight started.

According to some reports, the fight started when Drake sent over a note to Brown that read: "I am fu--ing the love of your life," and drove him into a rage.

According to tabloid TMZ, Drake sparked the fight after he flashed the middle finger to Brown's bodyguard and started to trash talk.

Khaliah Clark, a fashion stylist who witnessed the brawl at the W.i.P told the New York Times that it started after Brown asked a waitress to send a bottle of Champagne to Drake but the waitress returned with the bottle in hand. Then the bottles started to fly from Brown's table to Drake's table.
