Lady Gaga's Muppets Thanksgiving special has new trailer

We can finally shed a little light on the Muppets/Lady Gaga special. As expected, the 90-minute holiday bonanza will air on Thanksgiving night (and, fittingly, is a Thanksgiving special). Lady Gaga and The Muppets' Holiday Spectacular will grace our screens via ABC at 9:30 EST.

"I was so excited when ABC called me about doing a holiday special this year. I knew it just wouldn't be a complete night of laughter and memories without the Muppets!" Gaga said in a statement. "Can't wait to see the gang again and I hope Miss Piggy's still not mad about Kermit. We're just friends!"

As anyone who has seen the latest Muppets trailer can attest, any Muppets event has to feature a ridiculous amount of celebrity firepower, so Elton John, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Kristen Bell will also appear in the Thanksgiving bash.
