Baby fever is running rampant among celebrities these days and Michael Jordan is no exception.

That's right. The 50-year-old iconic NBA star is expecting his first child with wife Yvette Prieto. The couple tied the knot in April after dating for five years.

Jordan has three kids from his previous marriage with Juanita Venoy. Jordan and Venoy were married for 17 years before divorcing in 2006.

Since several paternity suits have surfaced with people claiming Jordan as their father. Most of these lawsuits were later tossed out in court.

Jordan's most recent paternity suit took place in September. A Georgia woman claimed that she gave birth to Jordan's baby in 2010 and wanted him to pay up.

She even blasted Jordan on her Facebook page saying:

"Michael Jordan, when are you going to support your 2-year-old daughter? You drop 10 million on your nice wedding ... that was nice but don't you think it time that you support your daughter?"

Jordan promptly filed legal docs claiming her baby's paternity has already been established and the baby was, in fact, not his.

No due date was announced for Prieto. Jordan's eldest child is 25-years-old.

Interesting that these celebrities with adult children are deciding to add new additions to their families.

Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada recently announced that she is pregnant with her second child. Lozada already has a 20-year-old daughter.

Congrats to both on their pregnancies!

What are your thoughts on celebrities with older children having babies? Is it too late in the game?
