Does Ryan Seacrest have a new girlfriend? Whose the new blonde

Ryan Seacrest has been out and seen with a new thing. The American Idol host and his new lady have been seen together multiple times, oh and she's blonde too. 

After dumping Julianne Hough, Seacrest seems to be hooked on a younger girl. Her name is Shayna Taylor and she's 23.

According to TMZ sources, Shayna runs in one of those hot blonde Hollywood crowds filled with Instagram models who pretty much party exclusively at rich people's houses. And that's how Seacrest met her roughly a year ago. It's unclear if Ryan and Shayna are boyfriend and girlfriend ... or just "close" friends.

This socialite is the same girl who was pictured kissing Terrence Howard last year in St. Barts. Did the blonde beauty leave Howard for Seacrest? Only time will tell.

Seacrest has been a free man since March, when he ended things with Julianne, and it is unclear how long Secrest and Taylor have been linked together.
