Susan Sarandon is no stranger to award shows. With multiple Emmy, Golden Globe, and Oscar nominations, she's had to find the right dress and pose on the red carpet many a time. She's had to present awards and receive them on stage. But little did we know, she was high. Well, at least a lot of the time, so it seems. And she's definitely not afraid to talk about it.

She sat down with Andy Cohen, who has become the master of getting people to say random things and spill their guts on Watch What Happens Live, and the subject of cannabis happened to come up, not so subtly.

"Name one major Hollywood event that you showed up to stoned," asked Andy Cohen. "Only one?" asked Sarandon, laughing and clapping her hands. Is it possible she was high for this interview? Well, it's not unlikely.

"I would say almost all except the Oscars," she said. She won Best Actress in a Leading Role for Dead Man Walking in 1996.

The actress has been open about her support of marijuana use, and she shared some of her thoughts about it earlier this year in a Huffington Post Live segment. She said, "I believe in individual rights, I mean, I would like to see everybody be able to smoke pot. That's a waste of our money to incarcerate all those people. I'm totally a libertarian in that sense."
