"Keeping up with the Kardashians" reality star Khloe Kardashian is filing divorce TODAY from her NBA athlete husband, Lamar Odom citing irreconcilable differences.

According to TMZ, the process should be short and simple since they did not have any children together and a pre-nup was handled before they married in 2009.

The divorce may have been forced after a hard year of marriage with Lamar's countless cheating rumors, alleged drug abuse, and his admission to cheating on Khloe in his intoxicated rap video.

According to Mediatakeout.com, the reality star is allegedly dating sexiest MLB athlete and Rihanna's ex-boyfriend, Matt Kemp. Both Kris Jenner and Matt Kemp posted a picture of the Kardashian Christmas tree on Instagram. The athlete captioned the photo, "Best time of the year!! It's gonna b a Cali Christmas this year."

Yesterday, Khloe hinted that her marriage was over in an Instagram message writing, "I am strong because I've been weak. I am fearless because I've been afraid. I am wise because I've been foolish."

Did Matt help Khloe leave Lamar?

The last straw for Khloe was the leaked TMZ video where Lamar confessed to carrying out affairs while she was out of town, "When Khloe's out of town, I guess I'll still be on the DL."

Although, it may be it for the couple's marriage, Lamar is still fighting for them according to Hollywoodlife, "He doesn't want to leave the marriage. Whenever he talks to Khloe, he reminds her of just that," a source said, "He wants to stay married to her because he knows how good of a wife and a best friend she is."
