The championship unification match between John Cena (World Heavyweight Champion) and Randy Orton (WWE Champion) will take place on Sunday at TLC and fans have been speculating on the ending for weeks. Some feel that the two men will simply swap belts, while others expect a clean win. Some new information could point to the match's possible ending.

Firstly, according to The Wrestling Observer, the finish of the match has been set in stone for approximately a week and supposedly no one in the company has changed his or her mind about the finish.

The interesting note is that at WWE's Tribute to the Troops taping, John Cena came out to the ring without either the WWE Championship or the World Heavyweight Championship belt, according to Wrestlezone.com. It is important to note, though, that Cena essentially performed a run-in to save some of the babyfaces and then was booked in a six-man tag team match.

The Tribute to the Troops special will not air until after TLC on Sunday, which led some to interpret the report to mean that Orton will win the match at the pay-per-view. It is also important to note that the Tribute to the Troops special is typically separate from the rest of WWE's programming such as Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown. So it's entirely possible that these reports are just speculation and may have no bearing at all on the TLC match finish.

Royal Rumble News

The Wrestling Observer also reports that WWE is currently talking about participants for the 2014 Royal Rumble match, including top NXT stars and returning wrestlers.
