Nowadays it seems like just about everyone in Hollywood has either just given birth or has baby fever, but Oprah isn't one of them. In fact, the media mogul says she has no regrets about not starting a family.

Oprah Winfrey was featured on the cover of the Hollywood Reporter's 2013 Women in Entertainment Power 100 Issue and shed some light on some things many have probably always wondered about.

During the sit-down, Oprah, who is 59-years-old by the way, recalled a Home Economics class she took with her BFF Gayle King. Oprah remembers her beloved friend etching her future children's names while she had other plans in mind, like how she could become Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Oprah had this to say about having children:

"If I had kids, my kids would hate me. They would have ended up on the equivalent of the Oprah show talking about me; because something [in my life] would have to suffer and it probably would've been them."

The businesswoman also opened up about giving back since she was young and moving from the silver screen to the Broadway stage.

Oprah is well known for her extreme generosity, especially towards her live studio audiences and she says that is something that started at a young age.

"I'd collect [my lunch money] in a little cup and take it back to the church on Sunday to give to the starving children of Costa Rica. I always felt that whatever you have, you have to share it."
