Lorde previews new track 'Hospitals' before North American tour

Lorde just continues to get better. While the teen Kiwi's smash debut Pure Heroine was full of hits and misses, her Hunger Games' contribution was on point and - if this preview snippet of new track "Hospitals" is any indication - she's definitely trending upward. 

Lorde seems to be at her best when she's not playing contrarian and smugly looking down her nose at people (see: the aforementioned Tears for Fears cover, "Team") and "Hospital" seems like it will stand on it's own and not on the backs of folks she's pooh-poohing.  

"Hospital" contains Lorde's typical deadpan verse delivery but she actually allows a bit of fun to creep into the track via a bouncy organ line and a reversed track. Was that...was that a laugh I heard?

I dig it.
