Beyonce' breaks record for most albums sold in a week on iTunes; video explains how the singer did it

Mstars has been all over the surprise album release of Beyonce'. The proud mama's latest album worked, because it broke iTunes sales records, according to Apple.

Mrs. Carter announced her album BEYONCE', last week on Facebook's Instagram mobile service.

Her smart move made the singer's album become the fastest selling album on iTunes with 828,773 purchased in its first three days, according to Apple.

Apple also stated that the album also broke the U.S. first-week album record with 617,213 sold.

The album is only available exclusively through iTunes. Also Beyonce' fans were not allowed to buy single songs for 99 cents; but instead they had to buy the whole album for $15.99, according to ABC.

The album has more than 14 songs. It also features 17 videos. If you try to watch the videos on Youtube, you will only be getting half of it. The clips only show 30 second snippets of each.

This is the first visual album, including tracks from her husband Jay-Z, R&B singer Frank Ocean and rapper Drake. Fans can also see the singers daughter, Blue Ivy on the closing track, "Blue."
