Cameron Diaz to release 'Body Book' featuring women of all sizes
Cameron Diaz is the latest celebrity to join the slew of stars writing books but Diaz is doing something different and unique with her project. We're sure women everywhere will love this one.
Diaz has decided to follow the footsteps of her pal Gwyneth Paltrow and has written a book on nutrition and health.
The book titled "The Body Book: The Law of Hunger, the Science of Strength, and Other Ways to Love Your Amazing Body" is set to be released on Dec. 31. Just in time for the New Year if you're looking to make some changes for 2014.
The book is available for preorder via Amazon for $16.43.
But the thing that will probably win most women over is the photography. The book features photos of a diverse group of women of all shapes and sizes.
Diaz photographed and interviewed the women herself, too.
In a clip Diaz released showing the process of putting the book together, she says "It's not a plan, it's just information for you to have."
According to a promo, Diaz "offers a holistic, long-term approach to making consistent choices and reaching the ultimate goal: a long, strong, happy, healthy life" in the book.
Diaz prides herself in being a renowned fitness fan and surfer. But she admits that she didn't always have healthy eating habits. Diaz says that her poor eating habits negatively affected her skin and body, thus prompting her to begin looking into nutrition and well-being.
Her book is a result of all that should learned. Sounds like a good read!
