Chris Brown seeking under $2 million for Hollywood Hills Home

Chris Brown is on the market...well his home is anyway.

After a long battle with officials and his next door neighbors over his graffiti spraying, CB has decided to let the house go.

The home, located in the Hollywood Hills, is on the market for just under $2 million.

According to Complex, the home, designed by the Jay Vanos Architects, is equipped with 2,473 square feet and comes equipped with three bedrooms, three floors, an elevator, a saltwater pool, spa, and waterfall.

Doesn't sound too bad, huh?

Breezy bought the home back in September 2011 for $1.55 million but one lucky buyer can move into the home for $1.92 million.

CB also has a West Hollywood condo on the market.

The condo has been on the market since May 2012, first asking $1.895 million and now chopped down to $1.695 million.

Breezy in currently serving a stint in anger rehab but since he checked himself in, he was spotted house hunting in Malibu.

Hopefully he'll move next door to some neighbors that he can actually get along with. He hasn't been having the best of luck with that.

Breezy's previous neighbors had an issue with his artistic expression and had this to say of Brown's graffiti work:

"There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they're literally frightened. It's like devils on the wall - big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we're used to."

Brown was forced to remove the artwork.
