The younger brother of Michael Vick, Marcus Vick was arrested in Georgia Monday when police say they spotted the former college football star diving while being high off of marijuana.

According to TMZ law enforcement said the former Virginia Tech quarterback was driving a 2013 Lexus LX570 and was pulled over at 2:30 AM for expired tags.

Vick was arrested for a DUI, and taken to a local police station, because police noticed that marijuana was on Vick's breath.

The site says Vick was placed in jail around 4:20 AM. The former football player has had previous arrest in the past. He was arrested in Virginia in 2012 for skipping court dates from driving on a suspended license charge.

The reason Vick was kicked off of the football team in 2006, was because he had a lot arrests and convictions then being tied up in too much trouble with legal matters, which includes gun charges.

Mstars wonders if one of those charges was for animal cruelty in the past.
