Chris Brown used drugs during rehab? Video/ Photos show Karrueche Tran's boyfriend acting erratic on Instagram video

A video of Chris Brown allegedly acting 'erratic and incoherent,' according to VH1.com had went viral and now has been deleted from an Instagram page under artist Jacquees.

VH1 Reported the R&B singer posted the video of Brown praising Jacquees's talent slurring, "Better get ready, this is my little brother Jacquees!" The "Fine China" singer said with sunglasses on and a mysterious item in his open palm in a couple of snapshots the site used. "He's fitting to take over the game. I sing, but he sing, too. He about to kill y'all right now."

It's still unsure when the video was taken, however the Virginia artist has remained out of trouble since serving his 90-days rehab sentence to help his anger management problems.

Since the Washington D.C assault charge, the X-Files singer was sentence to complete another 90 days of residential rehab and submit to periodic drug testing after he was released from his first rehab center for violently throwing a rock through his mom's car window. Brown reportedly lost his temper November 10 after he asked his mother to shorten his rehabilitation and she disagreed.

According to the redacted letter filed with the court obtained by the Daily News, "Mr. Brown proceeded to walk outside and pick up a rock and threw it through his mother's car window and shattered it," the report continued to read, "We discharged him from residential treatment and told him he could leave immediately as he had signed a non-violent contract when he enrolled."
