Another Lil Wayne death hoax has hit the web Wednesday. Twitter fans were not to shocked bout the reoccurring news that seem to be glued to the rapper's name.

After news of the 31-year-old's death went viral, fans joked about hoax on twitter losing their sense of shock

Last year, Lil Wayne admitted to being epileptic on Los Angeles hip-hop radio station Power 106.

 "The bad news is I'm an epileptic, I'm prone to seizures," He told fans, "Like, this isn't my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure. I've had a bunch of seizures, y'all just never hear about them. ... Basically, I could've died, so that is why it was so serious. But the reason being for the seizures is just plain stress, no rest, overworking myself."
