Considering gamers were told it was supposed to be released in 2013, Dark Souls II is arguably the most anticipated video game of 2014. With an official release date set for March 11, 2014, we can rest assured that we will all have the chance to die in one of the hardest game franchises in the history of the medium. The latest trailer for the next chapter of this series is entitled "Curse" and showcases the horrors and battles of the upcoming video game.

We are all incredibly excited for this game, so we'll just jump right into this new trailer. Enjoy the latest look at Dark Souls II right here:

How scared and/or excited are you for this game? As you can see, there are plenty of boss battles featured in this new trailer. You have some spiders, a fire demon, a mummy, some sort of humanoid monster with no eyes and a bad temper, and of course trolls.

The text appearing in this preview reads: "Bearer of the curse, seek misery. Till this frail hope shatters. Lest this land swallow you whole. As it has so many others .. The curse is part of life itself. "

Of course some would argue that the voiceover dialogue is a bit creepier.

"Your wings will burn in anguish time after time," the voice promises.
