Khloe Kardashian is moving into Matt Kemp's neighborhood as she waits to be officially divorced from her ex-husband, Lamar Odom. New reports claims that Khloe has recently purchased a new home down the street from her momager, Kris Jenner in a gated community of Hidden Hills, California.

According to CafeMom.com, new neighbor, Matt Kemp may have helped Khloe make her final decision on choosing her luxury mansion after she posted their 8,000 square foot mansion she lived in with estranged husband Lamar up for sale.

The "Keeping up with he Kardashian" star tweeted that she wasn't in the mood to work out at the Sonya Dakar gym in Beverly Hills saying, "Wasn't in the mood today but I still pushed through. #SelfMotivate #IThinkICan #fitness."

Yes, Khloe's reason for pushing through may have been with the help of "good friend" L.A. Dodgers star, Matt Kemp who was spotted leaving the gym with a male friend.

Kemp denied hooking up with the reality star to TMZ saying, "The Kardashians are good people."

Kris Jenner told People magazine: "He's a family friend. We all live in the same neighborhood and we all hang out. He's a great guy who we adore, but he's just a friend. That's it."

Before Christmas, Khloe Kardashian hinted she was moving on and sent a low blow to estranged husband, Lamar Odom's alleged drug addiction on Instagram.

Kardashian posted: "Surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you higher! Life is already filled with those who want to bring you down."

During the Kardashian's Christmas Eve bash, Khloe spent the party with MLB star, Matt Kemp, "Matt spent a lot of time at Khloe's side," a RadarOnline insider says. "He was one of the last people to leave!"
