New York Jets star Kellen Winslow Jr. arrested, masturbates and smokes weed in Target parking lot? Caught exposed, 'pleasuring self' with Vaseline

Back in November, New York Jets star Kellen Winslow Jr. was arrested after an eyewitness allegedly caught him masturbating in a New Jersey Target store parking lot. The popular NFL tight end was never charged with indecent exposure, but he WAS caught with synthetic weed, so ultimately plead not guilty in the case.

Confused? Well, here's the story according to TMZ:

On November 19, law enforcement officials arrived to the NJ Target parking lot after an individual tipped them off, claiming that the former Pro Bowler was "pleasuring himself" in his car.

Apparently, a 58-year-old woman pulled up next to Winslow's Cadillac Escalade around 5:30 pm and noticed that his window was wide open. She supposedly tried to make small talk about the cold weather, when she noticed that the football palyer's "erect penis" was out and on full display. 

When police arrived, they did find two open jars of Vaseline in the vehicle, but Winslow was fully clothed. Officers also discovered a bag of synthetic marijuana labelled "Mr. Happy." Winslow eventually admitted that he smokes the weed to help him relax. 

As for why he was just sitting in the Target parking lot - Winslow told cops that he was looking for a Boston Market but got lost along the way. He was ultimately arrested for the drugs and later charged.

The popular gossip webloid reports that just last week, he plead not guilty to the charges.

Meanwhile, Winslow's rep recently released a statement insisting that the whole thing was a huge misunderstanding:

"Kellen pulled over to a parking lot to smoke what he thought at the time was a legal substance. He changed his clothes in his vehicle as to not smell like smoke when he returned home... There was absolutely nothing inappropriate that took place and if there was police would have investigated further and charged Kellen which they did not. This will be the only time we will comment on this unfounded and ridiculous claim."
