Arian Foster sues baby mama Brittany Norwood for Defamation
"What goes around comes around!" The woman who is claiming to be pregnant by Texans running back, Arian Foster, Brittany Norwood may be getting a bit of karma.
MStars has learned that Arian Foster is now suing Norwood for defamation. According to TMZ, Foster is claiming that Norwood has been lying about him in public and taking the abortion scheme too far to gain his football fortune.
Foster, has filled a suit in Texas, stating that Norwood's claims that he and his brother tried to pressure and harass her into aborting the child are nothing more than a "calculated scheme" to extort the Houston Texans star.
The suit contains that Foster has proof to back up his claims, including text messages and a legal recording of a conversation he had with Brittany, which has a confession of the pregnant mistress admitting her allegations are false.
MStars previously reported that the recorded conversation has Norwood saying, "I never once said that you told me to get an abortion" and "I was never in fear of my life around you."
The Houston Texans running back says in his lawsuit, "Norwood has engaged in a campaign to impugn the character and reputation of [Arian] with the intent to extort monies from him."
Foster is requesting the judge to give him unspecified damages, and he also wants Norwood to pay his legal fees for damaging his reputation.
Norwood is currently 18 weeks pregnant, and was first to file a suit again Arian, for child support, and a restraining order.
