Rihanna, Mychal Kendricks 'MCM' Diss: Mychal picks own 'MCM' while waiting for Rihanna's call, Bromance over romance for NFL star?

Mychal Kendricks wants to be Rihanna's crush everyday after declaring him her #MCM (Man Crush Monday) a few weeks ago. The Philadelphia Eagles Linebacker has been trying to reach out to the "Rude Boy" singer but has yet to hear a response from her.

According to Bossip.com, the athlete admitted that he was shocked that she made him her Man Crush Monday, "I was flabbergasted. It was cool and very flattering. If she sees this...then hey."

When the athlete was asked if the singer could give him a call, he explained that he has made efforts to get in contact with the Barbadian singer, "If she has my number. I've been trying to reach out but..."

On Monday, in a way to seem not too desperate the Linebacker joked about picking his own 'MCM', his own brother.

Kendricks posted an Instagram picture with his brother captioned: Lol This is my #MCM my brother @ekla6 ladies it should be yours too.

In an interview with CSNPhilly.com columnist John Gonzalez Monday morning at the NovaCare Complex, the 23-year-old, Kendricks admitted that his teammates joked about the Instagram shout out.

 "Some of the guys told me about it. They were busting my chops a little," Kendricks said.

According to CSNPhilly, the shy athlete was then asked if he ever met the Barbadian beauty and brushed off the questions telling the reporter with a smile, "I don't want to talk about this, y'all."

Previously, the "Diamonds" singer lifted up the Eagles player's spirits -after getting kicked out of the playoffs on Saturday against the New Orleans Saints- by posting his picture on her Instagram accountcaptioning it, "Is it Monday? Cuz chhh.... #MCM"
