WWE Spoilers: More updates on CM Punk's leaving WWE, and do Vince McMahon and Triple H disagree about wanting him back?

As was widely reported yesterday, CM Punk has reportedly abruptly quit the WWE. The reports cited numerous reasons for his departure, including the WWE's treatment of part-time vs. full-time wrestlers vis-à-vis WrestleMania and the creative plans for him in the near future.

Both Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com report that CM Punk was supposedly not happy about the company's creative plan for him to face Triple H at WrestleMania because he did not think it constituted a big fight or big feud for the Best in the World. Before Punk left, the plan was for him to face Kane at Elimination Chamber as a bridge to the match with Triple H at Mania. Punk had been feuding with The Authority for several months.

The report also notes that Vince McMahon and Triple H disagree on the situation, as McMahon wants CM Punk back, while Triple H is more hesitant because he felt Punk's walkout was disrespectful; however, Triple H is reportedly letting Vince McMahon handle the situation as it unfolds.

Batista and Brock Lesnar Update

Despite sowing the seeds of a match between the two behemoths, Batista and Brock Lesnar on Monday Night Raw, the official website of the Target Center in Minneapolis, the site of the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, only lists Batista as "appearing live" at the event. His role at the pay-per-view is still unconfirmed, though rumors have him facing Alberto Del Rio.

Furthermore, while Minneapolis is Lesnar's hometown, The Beast has not been advertised for Elimination Chamber, nor is he expected at the pay-per-view. Wrestlezone.com reports that Lesnar would likely not compete again until WrestleMania.
