RHOA Phaedra Parks facing fraud charges with Apollo Nida? Phaedra shown as 'founding officer' in some of Nida's businesses

After Real Housewives of Atlanta reality Apollo Nida was charged for Identity theft, his wife, Phaedra Parks may be dragged into court with him after documents show that she was listed on several of Nida's businesses as founding officer.

According to RadarOnline.com, documents show that Parks as a founding officer for "National Recovery Group, Inc.," "Nida, Inc.," "Nida Fitness Inc.," and Nida Group, Inc."

Although, Phaedra has yet to be charged for anything yet, Nida has been charged for "fake" businesses that obtained people's personal information. The complaint reads, "When I describe these businesses as fake, what I mean is that while they may have been validly organized as entities with the Georgia Secretary of State, they existed for a purpose other than the apparent business purpose implied by the entity name. In other words, I believe [they] were set up for the purpose of obtaining access to LexisNexis, Equifax, and similar databases."

Phaedra is still in good standings with the George State Bar and still has permission to work as a lawyer despite her husband's scandal. A rep for the Georgia State Bar told the site, "She is an active member and has no public discipline," a rep added, "She has never been disbarred or suspended and is a member in good standing."

According to TMZ, Apollo has been charged for identity theft after the Secret Service's Counterfeit and U.S. Treasury Check Squad alleged that the former convict created mock-up companies to obtain people's personal information for fraudulent reasons.

The entertainment site claims that the reality star then opened fake bank accounts and stole U.S. Treasury checks, stolen retirement checks from Delta Airline employees and unclaimed tax money.
