Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown face rehab with no jail: Chris avoids jail for 2009 Rihanna beating case probation violation

Monday, Karrueche Tran supported her boyfriend, Chris Brown while he attended a hearing for his 2009 Rihanna assault case.

The singer appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom facing jail time for violating probation for his 2009 Rihanna beating case after he got into a fight with a fan in Washington D.C.

According to TMZ, prosecutors requested the judge consider sentencing Brown to prison arguing "[His] violent behavior continues to increase in severity and frequency" and that he is "an increasing danger to society."

The 24-year-old singer wasn't sentenced to jail however was forced to finish her rehab stint. Although, Brown has almost completed rehab, he plans on changing his life and starting over with Karrueche, according to Hollywodlife.com.

Source claim the singer plans after getting out "It's to be loyal and true to Karrueche, get out of Hollywood, get the album out and take Kae on a long vacation."

The source added, "He's looking forward to starting new, putting all the drama and bulls**t behind him," the source said. "He never ever thought he'd be ending up in rehab, especially not over the holidays and New Years. He wants to finish it though, and take away some of the positives from this experience and get his anger in check."
