Did Kris Jenner confess her love for late ex-husband in a Deposition? Momanager claims she talked to Robert Kardashian ‘twice a day’ while married to Bruce Jenner

MStars has learned that Momanager Kris Jenner in a deposition with the ongoing legal battle with ex-husband Robert Kardashian's widow Ellen Pearson Kardashian, claims she talked to the father of her four children,  twice a day, and was shocked that the real estate agent leaked and sold Robert Kardashian's diary to the public.

According to RadarOnline, Jenner, Khloe, Kourtney, Robert, and Kim filed a lawsuit against the step mother Ellen, claiming that she sold their property that included family photos, and writings to a publishing company in Jan. 2013. 

The family wants $500,000 ( like they need it ) in damages, plus profits, statutory damages, punitive, and exemplary damages. Jenner and her children claim that Ellen released and gave licenses of  their property to Bauer Publishing and they published the material in their magazines, In Touch and Life & Style. 

Ellen didn't go down without a fight, because she has filed a counter-suit against the Kardashians accusing them of defamation, resulting in emotional distress, civil harassment, a civil conspiracy to defame and  the public disclosure of private facts, according to the site. 

Just one day after sisters Kim and Khloe gave their accounts, their mother Kris' gave her deposition on Jan. 15, and said that she did indeed speak to Robert, "twice a day" from 1991 after their divorce until 2003 when he died of cancer. 

"We just talked several times a day, every day" before Robert married Ellen, Kris said expressing her feelings toward her ex-husband. 

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star did have regrets. She said, "The one regret, if I had to do it over, would be divorcing Robert Kardashian."

Wow! Did she even think about her other daughters she had with Bruce Jenner, Kylie and Kendall?

She said that, Robert was "the love of her life."

Kris is says that she is in shock, after her late ex-husband's dairies were revealed. "There were so many [interviews] and it was such a crazy onslaught of media and television shows that she did ... it was like a shock."

Kim Kardashian called her former step-mother a "slippery snake."

Khloe said that she and her brother and two other sisters didn't think Ellen "was a good fit for my dad," claiming that they often would fight, "they would fight a lot, and they would break up all the time."
