Ellen DeGeneres & Portia de Rossi divorce RUMORS, celebrity couple NOT struggling through '$220 million separation' over 'jealousy, fighting, drinking'

Ellen DeGeneres' relationship with stunning wife Poria de Rossi is doing just fine. The couple is NOT going through a "$220 million divorce."

Although a shady report in Star magazine insists that "jealousy, fighting, and drinking" are tearing the two apart and their relationship is currently "hanging by a thread."

Yeah, right.

A recent cover issue of the infamous gossip tabloid declares - "Ellen & Portia $220 million divorce. Jealousy! Fighting! Drinking! Portia storms out after nasty showdown. Why Ellen is 'faking it' for her fans. Portia tells friends she feels like a prisoner."

The magazine alleges that DeGeneres is a secret "control-freak" and she constantly "bullies" De Rossi - the actress just "can't take it anymore."

A source goes on to explain - "[DeGeneres] refuses to let Portia go out with her friends, and she regulates who is allowed in their house!"

Now does that sound like the Ellen fans all know and love?

The insider continues, "She won't even let Portia take most of the acting jobs she's offered, because she wants to be the sole breadwinner, and she's so jealous, she's fearful that Portia might fall for another woman - or even a man - on the set!"

The mag then suggests that DeGeneres is "one of the meanest people" her "Ellen Show" staff has even encountered. In fact, the beloved TV personaliy may be hiding a major drinking problem.

Well, this isn't the FIRST time Star has sensationalized such break-up rumors. Back in December, DeGeneres actually made fun of the magazine for such ridiculous claims on her hit "Ellen Show" -
