Brock Lesnar last appeared on WWE television on the Monday Night Raw the night after Royal Rumble a few weeks ago when he attacked Cody Rhodes and Goldust once The Authority gave him an unsatisfactory answer to his demands for a match with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton or with No. 1 Contender Batista.

Some reports state that Lesnar would not appear on WWE television again for a few weeks as he starts the build to WrestleMania 30, but PWInsider.com now reports the growing speculation that Lesnar could appear at Elimination Chamber on Sunday, Feb. 23. The event will take place in Lesnar's hometown of Minneapolis, which has led some to believe that he would make an appearance.

Reports have stated for months that Lesnar would face The Undertaker at WrestleMania, though that has not been confirmed.

CM Punk Update

Wrestlezone.com points out the WWE sent a promotional video to the Allstate Arena in Chicago for the March 3 edition of Monday Night Raw does not include CM Punk, who hails from the Windy City. Brock Lesnar and Batista are both scheduled to appear.

Punk's absence has been the cause of much discussion with regard to that particular Raw. Crowds have been vocal since Punk abruptly left the company almost two weeks ago, and many are expecting an extremely volatile reaction when Raw heads into Punk's hometown next month. WWE could try to book Raw in a way that pacifies the fans, but we won't know for sure what will happen until that night.
