'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kim Zolciak’s ex Big Poppa struggling to sell his $16 Million mansion (PHOTOS)
Looks like having it all isn't all that perfect. After trying for almost a year, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak's former sugar daddy, "Big Poppa" whose real name is, Lee Najjar can't seem to sell his huge Atlanta mansion.
The businessman has had the 25,000-square-foot home on the market since October 2009, and the orignal pricetag was listed at $25 million. Now the former sugar daddy is going to have to settle for a $9 million price cut, and drop the price down to $16 million.
Records revealed that the Atlanta mansion was originally scheduled to be auctioned off as a foreclosure in January, but that was cancelled. It's unclear why Big Poppa is struggling with the sale and real estate business move. But one would say Kim is better off with her husband, Kroy Biermann at the moment even though they had some house deal drama of their own in the past.
The mansion's new owner will get 9 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a home theater, a pool, two home gyms, and a vacation get away pool. If you are interested, take a look here now.
