Harry Styles says 'relationships are not easy' amidst Kendall Jenner dating rumors

In a recent interview, One Direction's Harry Styles revealed that he feels that relationships can be hard at times. This might be an unfortunate revelation considering he's currently rumored to be dating Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kendall Jenner. Is everything alight between these two?

"Relationships are not easy, that's for sure," he told Top of the Pops.

Harry also opened up about fans swooning over One Direction.

"I'm not sure I understand why the girls love us so much. Though maybe it's because we don't pretend to be anything we're not," he said. "Yes, we can be idiots sometimes. We are like those boys in the back of the class - throwing paper and making a noise. I think the girls can relate to us in that classroom way, we're basically just a bunch of normal lads."

Meanwhile, in late 2013 Styles spoke about his ideal girlfriend, which happened to coincide with him hanging out with Kendall Jenner.

"Touring is so hard and it's difficult to get to know someone in a day," he said at the time. "You don't get enough time to meet somebody and say, 'I really like you. Do you want to come on the road for a bit?' We're rarely anywhere for even two days at the moment."

He then added: "I can get quite soppy when it comes to girls, especially when I really like them."
