Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus beef? 'Wrecking Ball' twerker disses singer's DUI arrest on 'Tonight Show with Jay Leno,' Selena Gomez's ex says 'shut the f*ck up' [VIDEO]

Several big-name celebrities wished Jay Leno a loving farewell during his final stint on the "Tonight Show" on January 30 - Miley Cyrus included. When asked her opinions on Justin Bieber's recent DUI arrest, the "Wrecking Ball" songstress said:

"You've got a lot of money... Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble, and party at your house. Buy a house, and add a club to it. I get the most flack, yet I'm not doing anything illegal - everything I do is legal in California."

Despite her controversial ways, Cyrus insists that fans have yet to see a mugshot of her yet.

Apparently, the Biebs was not too pleased with Cyrus' blatent "diss."

According a National Enquirer insider, "Miley's comments infuriated The Biebs, who phoned the next day and warned her to keep her f-king mouth shut... Justin was furious. He'd really thought he and Miley were true friends - especially since she's been brutally criticized for her own wild behavior. Miley tried to apologize, saying she didn't feel her comments were overly critical or negative."

But Selena Gomez's ex wasn't hearing it.

"When she defended herself by telling Justin he really needs to get his act together before he implodes, he exploded and hung up. Now he's telling his peeps, 'I hate her.'"
