Check out the 'Space Jam' video game mod for 'NBA 2K14' with this 11-minute gameplay video!

Nostalgic gamers and movie buffs have been waiting for another Space Jam video game adaptation for years. The 1996, 3-on-3 version released on Playstation and Sega Saturn was clearly amazing, but it has been so long since we've seen the Tune Squad and the Monstars go at it on the court. That is until some gamers decided to make a mod for NBA 2K14 that lets you play as these characters from the popular Disney film. Wayne Knight even makes it onto the court!

Kotaku reports:

You haven't really seen video game basketball until you've seen this Space Jam-themed NBA 2k14 mod by YouTuber MkEliteWorksX.P .

There have been Space Jam mods in NBA 2k games before, but this is my favorite yet, mostly because it's the most realistic depiction of cartoons playing basketball we've seen to date. This is the Space Jam video game we should all get to play.
