WWE Spoilers: John Cena comments on CM Punk situation and Daniel Bryan, plus backstage news on Roman Reigns

CM Punk's abrupt exit from WWE has been a major story within the business for the past several weeks, and now John Cena, the biggest star in the company has chipped in his thoughts.

Cena conducted an interview with Zap2It, who asked for his thoughts about the Punk situation. Cena replied very diplomatically with the following:

"Don't even know. There's one guy who knows all the answers, and that's him."

The interviewer also asked about Daniel Bryan's popularity, specifically if Cena thinks he is the next long-term, top star in the WWE. Here's what Cena had to say on that subject:

"Predicting the next WWE superstar is like predicting the crooked stock market...you just can't. That's what beautiful about the WWE audience and that's why I love it so much. It changes every day. It changes every arena. It changes every city. I don't know who would be next, but I will keep trying to put people front and center so the WWE Universe gets a good look at everybody."

Backstage News on Roman Reigns

PWTorch reports that many backstage at WWE have very high opinions of Roman Reigns, who many fans expect to get a serious push. Reigns reportedly has a positive attitude and many wrestlers would be okay with putting him over, as they envision him as a big part of the WWE's future. Reigns will team with his fellow Shield members to face The Wyatt Family at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, but the feeling is that The Shield will break up and Reigns will become a top babyface in the near future.
