Drake is making big things happen and his recent announcement for this year's OVO Fest is proof of that. Earlier today (Feb. 18), the Toronto rapper announced that Outkast will be headlining his 5th annual festival.

The 2014 OVO Fest will be held in Drake's hometown on August 3 and 4. Outkast will hit the stage the first night with Drake headline the second night of the concert series along with special guests.

Considering this is just the preliminary lineup, who knows what else Drizzy has in store.

Last year, Drake reunited Ma$e and Diddy on stage, TLC performed and Kanye West made a cameo. Previous performers at OVO Fest include Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross and J.Cole.

Outkast is also slated to headline this year's Governors Ball in June and Coachella in April. Prior to the announcement of their Coachella performance, it was uncertain whether Outkast would ever work together again.

Andre 3000 had this to say during an interview with Rolling Stone last year:

"Things are kind of up in the air with me, and some days, I feel like yeah, I'll do it. Some days, I feel like, I don't. I don't know the future of music right now. I have no idea what I do. I honestly don't."

This certainly sounds like a show you don't want to miss.

OVO Fest 2014 will be held at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre in Toronto. Tickets go on sale February 21 at Ticketmaster.com.
