Justin Bieber isn't the only one from his camp who can't stay out of trouble. On Tuesday (Feb. 25), Bieber's bodyguard was arrested after snatching a camera from a paparazzi photographer. More details about the incident are rolling out.

CNN reports that police searched Bieber's limo Tuesday and found illegal drugs and paraphernalia.

The investigation report by a Sandy Springs, Georgia police officer states, "Less than an ounce of suspected marijuana and two large glass smoking pipes containing suspected marijuana residue were found inside the vehicle."

Police searched Bieber's Cadillac Escalade after they found a camera inside that a photographer claimed was taken from him by Bieber's bodyguard, Hugo Hesny.

"Due to the small amount, no charges were filed related to the marijuana," a police statement said.

However, Hesny was arrested on a felony theft charge.

It all went down after Hesny reportedly jacked photographer Jason Winslow. The two engaged in a confrontation. Hesny then followed Winslow in his car into a parking lot and took his $10,000 camera.

Hesny and the driver were later stopped and that's when authorities discovered the camera in the car.

The driver was cleared and Justin Bieber was not involved in this incident.

Aside from this incident, Bieber and his camp have been able to remain pretty lowkey while in Georgia.

January was a hectic month for Bieber: a DUI arrest in Miami, an assault charge in Toronto and a felony vandalism probe in Los Angeles.

Hopefully, he won't have too many more run ins with the law.
