Beyonce sings 'Happy Birthday' to fan at 'Mrs. Carter Show World Tour' stop

Beyonce is carrying on her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour (with new material from Beyonce that I didn't get to see, not that I'm bitter or anything). As such, the flow of weekly stories of King Bey's amazing-ness continues. The latest aww moment from 'Yonce comes from her stop in Birmingham.
