Glee's Lea Michele and Adam Lambert cover Heart's "Barracuda"

As a part of their quest to destroy all that is good and right with the world, Glee had Adam Lambert and Lea Michele cover Heart's 1977 barnburner "Barracuda" for an upcoming episode.

Check out the cover over at Idolator.

Of course, it wouldn't be fair to pile on Lambert. After all, he did The Darkness' "I Believe In A Thing Called Love" justice last month. But casting him in this song robs the track of what made the original song so thrilling, namely, the vocal stabs at the end of each line in the verses.

This isn't Lambert's fault, he's not a woman and therefore his vocal range is different. As for Michele, she just never seems into the song. Proving once again that Rachel Berry is the Ted Mosby of Glee (aka The Worst).
