De La Soul release J Dilla tribute 'Dilla Plugged In'

Both De La Soul and J Dilla have seen a bit of a resurgance this year, with the former celebrating its 25th anniversary and the latter having several unearthed beats turned into songs. De La's latest serves "Dilla Plugged In" as a Donuts tribute and a lead-off single to their upcoming Smell The D.A.I.S.Y. mixtape, which features Dilla beats exclusively.

"It's been 25 Years since our "Three Feet High" release," the band wrote on Soundcloud. "We have a lot great memories and an incredible journey. Amazingly enough, our fans stuck around, supported and still want more. Ok, but before you get that, here's a little De La over Dilla Beats."
