The Dalai Lama teases Larry King on 'Larry King Now,' airing March 10 on Hulu and Ora.TV
CNN's Larry King Live is long gone, but Larry King is still very much in the big interview game with the second season of his Internet show on Hulu and Ora.TV. Larry King Now has taken in over 30 million monthly viewers on Hulu, making it the most-viewed original on the website.
In the news now is King's latest interview with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, affectionately known just as Dalai to King. While you'll have to wait until March 10th to view the 30-minute interview, an outtake has already gotten out on the web.
When King's wife Mrs. Shawn King visits the set, the Dalai Lama looks for her in the crowd and announces, "I would like to see you closely." Without skipping a beat he says, "Looks much younger." King agrees that she is younger than him and the Dalai Lama swoops in with: "Looks like your daughter."
He then lets out a robust laugh as King puts on a joking stone face. King later tweeted that the Dalai Lama is "truly a remarkable man." Watch the clip here:
You can catch the show Monday through Thursday at 5pm Eastern. Additionally, all episodes can be viewed here on Ora.TV and Hulu, including the latest with Tony Hawk.
