Another wave of interviews and reports from the set of Captain America: The Winter Soldier has been released, which means new information has come out about the movie less than a month before its release.

The folks at Collider kindly compiled a list of the wealth of information, and here are some highlights from their coverage:

-       The early part of the film is inspired by Three Days of the Condor in that it makes the viewer care about Captain America and then puts him in danger for the rest of the movie.

-       Cap has more or less adjusted to modern society.

-       A major theme is that he used to represent America, but he has become out of place to modern thought processes and values after 70 years.

-       Anthony Mackie prepared to play Falcon by creating his own sub-plots in which Black Widow is a love interest and Nick Fury is a father figure.

-       The Falcon is funny and a 21st century person.

-       Sebastian Stan only found out he was playing the Winter Soldier a year before filming when he learned at Comic-Con like everyone else; however, he wishes he had known so he could have used the information during his torture scene in Captain America: The First Avenger.

-       The Winter Soldier will not sound like Bane.

-       The backstory between Black Widow and the Winter Soldier is likely not explored in this movie, but it will be addressed.

-       The movie has two storylines early on that eventually meet, with Cap's storyline taking precedence.

-       There's a "very big idea that they're exploring in the third act of this movie. It's a sort of monumental idea for the MCU [that] impacts everything."
