Christopher Edwin Breaux also known as "Frank Ocean" is making name change... to Frank Ocean

Frank Ocean must be "thinking about forever" because MStars has learned that the singer has made the decision to legally change his name.

The singer whose real name is Christopher Edwin Breaux, has filed legal documents to officially change his name to his stage name, Frank Ocean.

So now everyone can relax, it's nothing crazy thank God. Apparently Ocean has to sign his intentions in a newspaper on 4 separate occasions, once a week, for 4 weeks in a row to make his new name become official.

This action will make sure the singer is not using the name to defraud someone, potential victims can come forward and object in court, and state that this is their name. Interesting.
