What happens when twins want to look exactly like each other: Same beauty mark, nose, and smile? They just get over $200,000 worth of plastic surgery like twins Anna and Lucy DeCinque, 28, of Perth, Western Australia.

According to the Daily Mail, the sisters are so close that they do everything together from eating, sleeping together, and even sharing the same boyfriend, Ben Byrne. The girls work the same job serving the elderly to work off their plastic surgery debt for their breast implants, plump lips, and tattooed eyebrows.

Lucy dished about their sharing habits, "We're dating one boy at the moment ... There are three people in our relationship. We're sharing," Lucy added, "It's not really weird to us. We have one boyfriend and all of us share the same bed ... We have the same taste in everything, so obviously we're going to like the same boy, too."

For inquiring minds, the girls do have Ménage à trois with their boyfriend, "We're all together when we have sex, and if we like the same guy, so be it," Lucy dished.

Anna bragged that they have many suitors that want to have long term relationship with them both, "When we go out, we get so many guys saying they want to marry the both of us or date the both of us."
