Beyonce joins Lean In's campaign to end the word "bossy"

It's been a good year for the visibility of feminism and few superstars have done more to promote the cause than Beyonce. King Bey has already written an essay on gender equality and included a feminist speech in the middle of her smash-hit album. Now, she's working with Lean In on their campaign to ban the word "Bossy."

Take a look at this video:

"I'm not bossy, I'm the boss," B informs everyone in the video.

Truthfully, we have to see this for what it is, a smear campaign to push Kelis even further from the public eye.
