WATCH: President Barack Obama on Zach Galifianakis' 'Between Two Ferns' [VIDEO]
Zach Galifiankis' parody talk show series, Between Two Ferns, has had some amazing guests over the last few years including Natalie Portman, Charlize Theron, Bradley Cooper and even Justin Bieber. But this week's installment of the strange show had probably the biggest guest ever: President Barack Obama. The Commander in Chief didn't hold back and, like many guests before him, made fun of Zach's weight.
"In 2013, you pardoned a turkey," Galifianakis said to the President. "What do you have planned for 2014?"
"We'll probably pardon another turkey," Obama said. "Was that depressing to you? Seeing a turkey taken out of circulation that you couldn't eat?"
Another great jab at Galifianakis from the President came when he said:
"If I ran [for president] a third time, that'd be like doing a third Hangover movie. That didn't go so well, did it?"
Obama came onto the show to promote HealthCare.gov, according to The New York Times:
Aides said Mr. Obama's immediate reason for subjecting himself to Mr. Galifianakis is to urge young people to sign up for health insurance on the government's website, healthcare.gov. As a March 31 deadline for enrolling for 2014 approaches, the White House is making one final push to try to increase the numbers.
But Galifianakis managed to poke fun at this, too.
"Oh, I've heard of that," he said. "That's the thing that doesn't work? Why would you get the guy that created the Zune to make your website?"
