Boosie reveals Justin Bieber collaboration plans at post-prison press conference
Lil' Boosie held a press conference yesterday, and the recently freed rapper let it be known that he wasted no time in prison.
"I wrote 1,018 songs," he said. The Louisiana rapper added that he even wrote a collaboration for the recently troubled pop singer Justin Bieber.
In addition to writing tracks meant for the "Baby" singer, Boosie also penned a script and a book.
"I wrote my own movie, Boosie: The Movie. I might shop it but I'm probably gonna get my own, do it myself. I wrote my book... I stayed busy in prison. When I ain't have nothing to do, I'd try to mastermind another hustle," he said.
Of course, his movie might not be gritty™ enough for modern Hollywood, and his Biebz track was probably written for a pre-implosion Justin, because Boosie admits he hasn't kept up with the times. However, he views it as an advantage.
"I feel like the music I got, the rap game wide open for me to take over," he said. "What I been hearing these last four days on the radio, it's different from my music. And different brings greatness. I just feel I stand alone in the music industry. That's how I think I'll stay on top."
